Job Summary
The Senior HR Manager 2 role is a key position in our organization, responsible for leading the People Business Partnering team and its agenda. As part of a multinational enterprise company, we operate in a federated model, recognizing that different areas of the business need different things at different times.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the local strategy and key priorities are met according to expectations, while also ensuring proper alignment and synergies across the Hubs that constitute Flutter and the Flutter Functions People team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the People Partnering team, ensuring its development and connectiveness while providing oversight and direction where necessary;
* Support the Head of People Business Partnering, Reward & Benefits in defining the team strategy, goals, and priorities;
* Balance enterprise goals with team needs, ensuring its ways of working and governance model are connected with the location strategy and divisional priorities, while also driving team effectiveness and scalability;
* Ensure consistency in delivery standards and guidance across the People Business Partnering teams across locations;
* Build strong cross-functional collaboration with local and divisional CoEs;
* Contribute to the local People function strategy, being responsible for its incorporation within the People Business Partnering remit;
* Lead on key people business partnering initiatives and workstreams with impact across location;
* Support building local and divisional people plans, anticipating talent demands and contributing to the planning and implementation of the broader people strategy at divisional and location level;
* Assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing progressive people policies, processes, and plans to drive continuous engagement and embed a performance culture across the organization;
* SUPPORT THE CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT, REVIEW, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF KEY PEOPLE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES - such as Performance Management, Reward and Compensation Reviews, and Talent Management - in the location;
* Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and updates, seeking out best practice solutions;
* Establish close partnerships with relevant business leaders, ensuring consistency, providing consultation and coaching, and assisting in organizational transformation and change programmes;
* Partner with key teams in the location, being a bridge across the different functions and ensuring proper visibility, connectivity, and integration - Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Payroll, HROps, Legal - swarming on our biggest collective challenges, coming up with people-centric solutions;
* HAVE A DATA-DRIVEN MINDSET AND COMMERCIAL APPROACH, supporting each decision with data and key metrics to understand where and how to add value to the business and employee experience;
