Front Desk/Guest Experience
The warmest of welcomes to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience
at arrival, check-in and during the stay and until departure. Making sure guests
requests are handled, anticipated, followed-up, and ensuring a genuine and
customised recommendation to a specific need or solicitation. Capacity to listen,
answer/handle and execute a diverse variety of requests with a focus on guest
satisfaction and the Hotel ´s standards. Passion for hospitality.
Tasks:
Interaction with Guests with the highest and genuine level of hospitality and
professionalism, accommodating requests when possible
Assists Guest in all inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, including
booking restaurants, tours or other experiences
Handling complaints, find opportunities and customise service
VIP and loyal guests recognition
Communication and assisting Guests, travel agents or other partners with
bookings, quotes or other specific requests
High level of communication skills and attention to detail
