?? What You'll Do Provide technical and operational support to ViGIE's healthcare clients and partners.
Troubleshoot cloud platform, IoT devices, and system alerts .
Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Development teams.
Assist with warehouse operations, including RMAs and hardware readiness.
Contribute to proactive monitoring and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
???? What You Bring 2+ years experience in technical support or IT troubleshooting (IoT/Health Tech is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of cloud systems and networking .
Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.
Proactive, customer-first mindset and willingness to work on-site in Maia, Porto.
