What are we offering?
A multinational company specializing in the development of large industrial and logistics projects and data centers, with a clear internal focus on people and currently undergoing expansion, is seeking a
DESIGN MANAGER (maternity leave)
Managing design teams (briefing ? concept ? execution ? delivery)
BIM monitoring
Monitoring the budget of the project
Implement "tried & tested" concepts and details (Safety Handbook, Design, etc.) that distinguish the "signature" of GSE design & build
Support the Design and Estimating Department in presenting alternative solutions (technical, environmental, etc.)
Coordinate the preparation of the various plans with the parties involved
Select and coordinate external engineering firms to obtain the building permit
Ensure that deadlines are met
Coordinate with the project teams to transcribe and optimise the concepts established in the project's design phase during the construction phase
Support the project team to ensure the project's technical design and guarantee its compliance with regulations
Participate – alongside the project manager – in the selection and negotiation of contractors that have tendered
What do we need?
Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering or similar
5 years' experience in project management of commercial, logistics or industrial real estate
Strong skills in Revit, Autocad or similar
English proficiency
Preferred languages: English or French
