Technical Team Lead Position
We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a critical role that requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. They will also act as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders, aligning expectations and negotiating deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of developers, monitoring performance and conducting regular 1:1s.
* Act as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders, aligning expectations and negotiating deadlines.
* Communicate risks, dependencies, mitigation strategies, and business impact in a clear and structured manner.
* Guarantee high-quality deliverables on time and in compliance with client guidelines and best practices.
* Contribute to development efforts by writing code, reviewing pull requests, and supporting technical tasks.
* Make architectural decisions and guide technical strategy to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
* Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Proven team leadership experience, preferably leading developers in delivery-focused projects.
* Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and architecture design patterns, and CI/CD tooling.
* Solid understanding of scrum methodology and experience using agile tools (e.g., Jira).
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
* Resilient, goal-oriented, and driven by technology and challenges.
* Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
