We are now looking for a Junior HR Operations profile to join our Closer team to cover a maternity leave. Are you the one? Minimum education level: High School diploma; Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred; 1+ year of experience in administrative or similar roles is preferred; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Experience with contract management and administrative HR support; Experience managing and organizing digital and physical documentation; Comfortable updating databases and internal platforms; Experience supporting the review and update of internal documents; Good interpersonal and communication skills to support employees with occasional queries; Organized, responsible and focused on meeting deadlines and objectives; Problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset; Resilient, ethical and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
