Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the development of our business in the EU region. This is a high-impact position for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for creating market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth.

* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand our existing customer base.
* Create and maintain relationships with key partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs.
* Build and manage high-performing sales teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure success.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain long-term relationships and manage high-frequency partner interactions.
* Good command of English for business communication (German proficiency is a strong plus).
* High resilience and emotional stability under pressure and rejection.
* Established IB, affiliate, KOL, or trading community resources that can contribute immediately.
* Experience in CFD, FX, Crypto, or Online Trading industries, or personal experience using trading platforms.
