Your RoleExperience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe). Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Previous experience in a senior or lead role within an Agile team. Academic Background; Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Knowledge of LESS framework. Proficiency in Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or equivalent. Experience in implementing Scrum methodologies Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
