We're looking for a
hands-on growth leader
who has already operated in the trenches of a
B2B SaaS scale-up.
You should be as comfortable setting high-level demand strategy as you are launching a new LinkedIn campaign or rebuilding an ABM flow.We're scaling fast and need a
strategic executor
to drive our full-funnel demand gen initiatives.
This role will be responsible for:Owning
the demand generation engine across paid, organic, and Account Based MarketingDriving
measurable, repeatable pipeline growth in collaboration with Sales and Product MarketingOptimising
channel mix, budgets, and funnel performance through experimentation and dataConnecting
siloed motions into a cohesive buyer journeyWhat You'll DoManage the full media mix across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging B2B channelsBuild high-intent campaigns aligned with sales plays, ICP segments, and product use casesOwn creative iteration, nurture flows, and conversion-optimised landing pagesAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)Define ICP tiers in partnership with Sales and Product MarketingExecute personalised ABM programs across digital channels using HubSpotFunnel Ownership & AttributionMonitor and optimise performance from top-of-funnel CAC to SQLs and pipeline contributionImplement and manage multi-touch attribution using GA4 and HubSpotAI-Powered ExperimentationIntegrate AI tools into your workflow for faster ideation and personalisationBuild a culture of rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and growthAnalytics & ReportingOwn dashboards and performance reporting in GA4, Looker Studio, and HubSpotPresent actionable insights, results, and future experiments to marketing leadership and cross-functional teamsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Content, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align on GTM goalsBring demand insights to QBRs and growth planning processesWho You AreYou've been in the trenches of a B2B SaaS scale-up : This is non-negotiable.
