Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized solutions using Salesforce (mainly Sales & Service Cloud).
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement customized solutions using Salesforce, meeting the specific needs of our clients.
* Prepare automated tests to cover business functionalities and ensure the high quality of our deliverables.
* Develop data models and perform data manipulation as required by the project.
* Implement process automation using code and declarative tools in Salesforce Platform to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Integrate functional and non-functional requirements with external systems, ensuring seamless workflows.
* Estimate and take ownership of smaller components or parts of a project, working closely with internal teams to exchange ideas and best practices.
* Continuously learn, improve, and share knowledge as a Salesforce Trailblazer, enhancing your skills and expertise in the field.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proficiency in Java, .NET, or similar technologies, including Apex programming language.
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a basic understanding of web development principles.
* Experience with Git and other version control systems, enabling collaboration and efficient tracking of changes.
* Understanding of JSON and XML data formats, allowing for effective data exchange and integration.
* Knowledge of data modeling and SQL-like languages, facilitating efficient data management and analysis.
* Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Salesforce, and experience with platform and APEX is a significant advantage.
* Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Heroku, or other CRM providers, adding value to your expertise.
* Experience with Webservices and interfaces (REST and SOAP), common IDEs, and tools like Visual Studio Code.
* Background in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including agile development methodologies, enhancing your adaptability and flexibility.
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and spoken, and additional language skills such as Czech, German, or French being highly beneficial.
