Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‐ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices
- Remove impediments that impact team productivity and sprint goals
- Configure and analyze complex reports and performance indicators to track project progress
- Analyze organizational behaviours and structures and their impact on team processes
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization
- Foster continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and implementation of action items
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- In‐depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certifications
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar platforms
- Strong leadership and communication skills
