YOUR TASKS
Handling of daily operational spare parts transports for EU and especially non-EU shipments for our central warehouse in Germany/Spain.
Organize road transport, sea and air freight and handle shipments with dangerous goods.
Consider country-specific requirements and situational adaptation needs.
Process inquiries and complaints from our customers.
Support in the creation of regular KPI and reports
YOUR PROFILE
Completed studies with a focus on business administration or comparable qualifications
Previous professional experience in customer service and logistics is mandatory.
High standard of reliability and meticulousness
High resilience to stay balanced in a dynamic and challenging environment
Ability to work independently and as part of an international and intercultural team
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Good knowledge of English is required, and good knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
Healthy IT affinity to quickly find your way around new software - experience with Office 365, SAP or ServiceNow is an advantage
Willingness to make occasional trips, e.g., to our locations in ES-Pamplona, DE-Rostock, DE-Hamburg
