Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate gastronomic and social events
* Prepare BEOs and manage documentation
* Organize menu and beverage tastings
* Supervise event setup and execution
* Ensure effective client communication
* Coordinate internal teams for excellence
* Guarantee compliance with LHW/Forbes standards
Profile/Requirements
* Luxury hospitality experience (min. 2 years)
* Degree in Event Management or similar
* HACCP and international standards knowledge
* Fluent in Portuguese and English; German valued
* Opera or equivalent systems proficiency
* Schedule flexibility and adaptability
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Excellent communication and leadership
* Ability to work under pressure
