Key Responsibilities Lead Dynamics CRM development teams, ensuring technical and business alignment.
Coordinate end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Manage priorities, timelines, and deliveries while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Support solution design, architecture decisions, and development best practices.
Mentor and develop team members to strengthen capabilities.
Act as the primary point of contact between technical and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications 4–5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM project implementations.
Proven experience in team leadership or technical management.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Solid technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM), integrations, and customizations.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps).
International project delivery experience.
Proactive mindset and strong leadership presence.
