Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the planning and delivery of all school sports tours globally, ensuring that all trip components (transport, accommodation, fixtures, activities) are sourced and confirmed according to itinerary and timeline.
* Maintain and continuously update a reliable database of vetted suppliers and partners, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
* Support the Adventure Leader assignment process for sports tours as needed.
* Manage and mentor a growing team of Booking Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* At least 2 years' experience in operating sports group travel or school tours, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* A proactive, problem-solving approach with high attention to detail and organization.
* Experience working with budgets and costings, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
* Fluent in spoken and written English, with additional European language(s) an advantage.
