🚀 Your Mission

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will lead the design, development, and evolution of mobile applications, helping define technical standards, architecture decisions, and deployment strategies while delivering exceptional user experiences across iOS and Android platforms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Lead the adoption and evolution of cross-platform development frameworks, particularly .NET MAUI
• Define and implement scalable mobile architectures and development best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience
• Manage and improve mobile application deployment processes and release management
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development automation
• Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and promote software quality standards
• Drive technical decisions and help shape the mobile development strategy

🧠 What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in mobile application development, including native and cross-platform technologies
• Strong knowledge of:
• .NET MAUI
• Xamarin
• Kotlin (Android)
• Swift (iOS)
• React Native and/or Flutter
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns:
• MVC
• MVVM
• MVP
• Clean Architecture
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
• Enterprise/Internal Distribution Platforms
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
• Experience with unit testing and software quality practices
• Ability to take ownership, make technical decisions, and lead initiatives
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
