If you enjoy problem‐solving, improving processes, and ensuring flawless delivery, this is the role for you.What You Will Do Ensure software products meet top‐tier quality standards before release Define, implement, and maintain an effective testing and quality management strategy Design, document, and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements Conduct functional and non-regression testing Plan, organize, and oversee all pre-release testing activities Log, track, and validate defect resolution Develop and maintain automated tests within the testing factory Drive continuous improvement of QA processes Collaborate closely with business teams, IT, and project stakeholders What We're Looking For 3+ years of experiencein private banking or asset management 2+ years of hands-on experiencein software testing Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle (requirements, configuration, testing phases, migration) Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, devs, architects, QA) Exposure to business and technology transformation initiatives Ability to analyze and improve business processes, system workflows, and user journeys Awareness of trends in wealth management and private banking Experience writing and executing automated tests usingSeleniumAdditional Information This is ahybrid position based in Lisbon, requiringtwo on‐site days per week. The role is full‐time during standard business hours and plays a critical part in delivering high‐quality solutions within a demanding financial environment.
