Fraudio is looking for recent graduates to join our technical team in Portugal. This role is designed for those entering the professional market for the first time, offering a structured path to transition from academic theory to high-scale production environments in the fintech and fraud prevention space.

The Role & Mentorship
You will work in a 1-to-1 pairing with a senior member of our team. This structure ensures you have direct access to experienced guidance while taking on meaningful responsibilities. Your work will be divided between two primary areas:
* Greenfield Projects: Exploring new technical possibilities and building \"proof-of-concept\" solutions for areas Fraudio is looking to expand into.
* Production Flow: Executing tasks within our core development cycle, contributing directly to the systems that protect our global clients.
Support for Academic Development - Student Track
Fraudio supports graduates who choose to pursue a Master's degree alongside their first professional role:
* We offer the flexibility to manage your academic duties during the workday.
* You are encouraged to use specific hours for classes, exams, or thesis work.
* The goal is for your professional experience at Fraudio to complement your ongoing studies.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: A completed License degree (Licenciatura) in a relevant technical or scientific field.
* Administrative Status: A valid Portuguese Social Security Number (NISS) already issued.
Position Details & Compensation
* Contract: 12-month initial term, renewable for an additional 12 months.
* Standard Salary Range: €16 000 to €22000 gross annual (depending on degree level and fit).
* Student Track (Master's): Adjusted to account for flexibility and study hours during the workday.

* Technical Interests: A strong interest in Software Engineering and/or AI Engineering.
* Analytical Mindset: You enjoy solving complex problems and exploring \"what if\" scenarios in code and data.
* Autonomy: You are comfortable working on exploratory projects where the solution isn't always predefined.
