Main Tasks And Responsibilities
* Lead service ownership and quality (QoS) for Network Products, ensuring operational readiness and IPC process compliance;
* Define service models, monitor performance, and deliver regular reporting;
* Manage third-party vendors and coordinate with internal teams to deploy and improve services;
* Drive service improvements, ensure alignment with global standards, and support incident escalations;
* Maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders and oversee service governance globally.
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science or similar;
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Management;
* Strong background in Network Service Management, ideally with ITIL knowledge;
* Proven ability to manage incidents, problems, changes, and drive service improvements;
* Experience coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and delivering cost efficiencies;
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
* Ability to manage priorities and work independently or as part of a global team;
* Fluency in English.
