Job Title: Documentation Administrator
This is a critical role within the organization, requiring an individual to manage and control the structure, forwarding, quality, and security of communications and information.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and consortium partners to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
* The Document Controller will oversee the management of organizational documentation throughout its lifecycle, maintaining documents and the document management system.
* Key responsibilities include identifying and addressing the need for various types of documents, ensuring they undergo a documented and approved review and approval process before release.
* The Document Controller will also establish and maintain internal controls to ensure functional security, accessibility, and adequate distribution of organizational documents.
In addition, the successful candidate will manage contracts with external entities responsible for maintaining, developing, testing, and deploying the document management tool in the production environment.
We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role. A completed technical degree (professional or higher) is required, preferably in engineering. Preferred experience in power, industrial projects, gas separation, oil/natural gas, or process facilities is beneficial but not mandatory.
