You will join our Travel & Expenses team at SIXT playing a key role in processing expense reports and supporting employees with their travel and expense needs across the organization. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You process and review employee expense reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with company travel and expense policies
You support employees and managers with T&E inquiries providing guidance on policies procedures and system usage
You handle data entry and validation tasks while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail
You assist with invoice processing and coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams for seamless workflows
You monitor compliance issues and escalate complex cases or policy violations to your supervisor when necessary
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience
You have background in finance operations administrative functions or HR environments
