About The Role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing applications to automate and optimize business processes. You will also work closely with our on-shore teams to offer solutions to problems and assist with new products and market developments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and Development: Develop applications to automate and optimize business processes, including data analysis and workflow automation.
* Problem Solving: Collaborate with on-shore teams to offer solutions to problems and improve business processes.
* Product Development: Assist with the development of new products and market initiatives.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that all tasks are delivered with a high standard of quality and adhere to established guidelines.
* Communication: Work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
* Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
* Skills: Full stack web development, frontend development frameworks (React, etc.), Large Language Models (LLMs), DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
* Culture Fit: Strong understanding of software development principles and patterns (Agile, Lean, Kanban), interest in financial markets, and application of Generative AI and LLMs.
