As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be an integral part of our HR team, supporting the ongoing success of our consultants working on client projects.
You will ensure a positive and people-focused experience that reflects our company values, by promoting the well-being and continuous integration of our consultants within the organization.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting consultants allocated to client projects
* Conducting monthly check-in meetings with each consultant
* Anticipating and identifying potential challenges in the consultant-client relationship
* Promoting internal engagement initiatives such as company events and knowledge-sharing sessions
* Participating in the onboarding process of new consultants
* Planning and scheduling onboarding sessions for new office-based employees
* Collecting data related to working days, holidays, and absences for payroll purposes
* Managing employee profiles in the internal HR system
* Participating in internal recruitment processes
* Ensuring clear and consistent communication with all involved stakeholders
* Assisting in identifying and planning training needs for consultants
Requirements include:
* Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field
* At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably involving employee relations or talent support
* Strong communication skills, empathy, and a people-oriented mindset
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused
* Good command of English (written and spoken)
