The Mission
As an Independent Sales Consultant you will:
* Champion our visionby representing Mainsail’s expertise in Odoo and custom software to Portuguese businesses
* Qualify and nurtureinbound leads from Odoo Portugal, and proactively target new opportunities across key industries
* Deliver tailored demosand presentations (in Portuguese and English), aligning software capabilities to real-world business challenges
* Close dealsand hand off to our implementation team, ensuring exceptional client onboarding
You’ll enjoy the autonomy of a start-up culture, with direct impact on growth and the chance to shape our go-to-market strategy in Portugal.
What We’re Looking For
* Portuguese local freelancerwith deep local understanding (already an existing B2B network is a real plus).
* Sales mindset & ambition:Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for business & impact:You care about entrepreneurs, love solving their challenges, and are curious by nature. An interest in software and technology is important, too.
* Experience:a first experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles; prior ERP knowledge is a plus but not required
* Strong communication skills:Native Portuguese and comfortable in English
* Independence & collaboration:You own your pipeline and know when to leverage the wider Mainsail team for support and best practices.
