As a Supplier Quality Performance Pilot, the main mission is to ensure supplier performance and quality compliance by leading cross-functional coordination, monitoring audits and KPIs, and managing corrective actions.
The main responsibilities will be:
* Work cross-functionally with other departments (Manufacturing, Logistics, Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Purchasing, TQF, SSD, Customer Quality).
* Lead and monitor supplier response quality in terms of timing and criteria.
* Report, define, and follow up on process audit actions, non-conformities and Firewall activities.
* Decide, organize, and lead supplier task forces.
* Manage Firewall activities at the plant.
* Manage warranty incidents, including reporting to the plant upon request as the single point of contact ("one voice") and topic lead.
* Ensure supplier compliance with performance indicators (KPIs).
We see you as someone with:
* Knowledge of manufacturing, design, and validation of automotive components.
* Knowledge of Quality tools (audits, analysis, handling of non-conformities, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc.).
* Fluent english.
Project duration: 1 year.
