Your New Role
The Tech Hub is currently hiring for several positions within its teams: Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack Software Engineer, and Backend Software Engineer.
In these roles, professionals will:
* Engage in all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery.
* Collaborate with business specialists to design robust technical and functional solutions.
* Develop and maintain Java- and Angular-based applications, APIs, and backend systems.
* Define and contribute to a modular, integrated software architecture.
* Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
* Mentor junior colleagues and foster a collaborative, no-blame culture.
* As Senior Quality Engineer, play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of a global software portfolio.
What You'll Need
* Academic background in Computer Science/IT or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven experience in agile, high-performance software development teams.
* Strong skills in Java, Spring, Angular, SQL, Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins, Git.
* Familiarity with Kafka, API Gateways, Microservices, DevOps practices is highly valued.
* For Quality Engineer: meticulous attention to detail and a passion for ensuring the highest standards in software development.
* Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and fluency in English.
* For senior roles: leadership experience and mentoring capabilities.
