Key Responsibilities
- Forge strong collaboration with client stakeholders, creating consistent, impactful, and compelling product experiences.
- Drive leadership in ideation sessions, workshops, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning involving both internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Translate research insights into actionable product strategies, epics, and requirements, prioritizing features that drive business impact and customer satisfaction.
- Employ a human-centered and data-driven approach to identify product gaps, validate opportunities, and refine solutions.
- Create and communicate product concepts through flows, low-fidelity prototypes, and design artifacts that support alignment and decision-making.
- Actively participate in the definition, development, and launch of complex applications using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
- Support quantitative and qualitative research and testing to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions.
- Clearly articulate product decisions, user value, and business rationale to client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Foster collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams of Designers and Engineers to establish a streamlined and effective product development process.
- Work closely with design partners to ensure product goals, design quality, and technical constraints are aligned.
- Champion exceptional product thinking and actively contribute to shaping the product and design culture at Nagarro, taking on a prominent leadership role.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience working on a wide variety of complex digital products and services in Product Management, Product Design, or hybrid roles.
- Excellent knowledge of the product life cycle, product strategy, design principles, and UX best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to employ a human-centered, data-driven approach in identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Comfort using a variety of product discovery and design research methods and processes.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, along with strong presentation skills, and the ability to articulate solutions to client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading and participating in product and design reviews, contributing to process improvements, and supporting design-related activities.
- The discipline to work remotely and drive initiatives forward without being in a physical office.
