Ensure the effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of production processes in the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, complying, at the lowest possible cost, with current legislation and quality and safety standards through the appropriate allocation of financial, human, technical and material resources. Job Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate the activities of the construction site, monitoring its execution, analysing costs and income, as well as existing deviations, implementing the necessary corrective actions, in order to ensure the quality of execution and defined objectives in line with the defined technical specifications
* Proceeding the articulation with the support areas to the operations, namely regarding the survey of physical resources needs (equipment and materials), human resources, the operational management of the construction site
* Delineation of the Strategic Implementation Plan in coordination with DOP/DP/DUN in order to achieve the strategic objectives defined
* Proceed to the permanent articulation with the Owner's team, regarding the fulfilment of the contract, suggesting and negotiating, eventual alterations to the project and/or to the work plan and to the execution processes defined
* Promote and integrate approaches to enterprise development that integrate people, systems, business structures and professional practices into a process, that allows the optimization of enterprise results, increase value for client, reduce waste and maximize efficiency in project stages, from fabrication to construction
* Propose industrialisation solutions to clients as a technical solution to the project, allowing a reduction in construction schedules through well defined and automated processes enabling greater quality control and traceability
* Respond to requests from external entities, namely regulatory bodies, inspections, external audits, among others, providing all the necessary follow-up and information gathering
* Lead periodic meetings with the site team and subcontractors to assess the status of the work and define preventive or corrective actions
* Proceed with the development of reporting, implementation and development of essential routine cycles such as strategic execution plan, overall site planning, implementation and update of fortnightly site planning, procurement maps, auto provisional and autos - clients / subcontractors
* Based on the policies established by the company and the legal and contractual requirements, define, implement and monitor the site plans and inspect the processes in the areas of Quality, Environment and Safety
Conditions of Employment
* English - Advanced
* Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years
Education
Higher education (Masters) Civil Engineering;
