The environment is fast-paced, highly coordinated and collaborative, with close interaction between construction, engineering, and planning functions.The Role A key position responsible for managing and coordinating the full design process across CSA and MEP disciplines. Responsibilities include:Full ownership of design coordination from pre-construction through to deliveryManaging design consultants, subcontractors, and external stakeholdersDriving integration between design, programme, and construction teamsUtilising 4D planning/modelling to align design outputs with project sequencingLeading design reviews, workshops, and technical coordination meetingsEnsuring design compliance with client standards, regulations, and buildability requirementsIdentifying and mitigating design risks to support programme and cost targetsThe Requirements Strong experience in Design Management on large-scale construction projects (ideally data centres or mission-critical builds)Proven background across CSA and/or MEP design coordinationExperience working with or alongside 4D planning/modelling toolsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and drive design delivery to programmeStrong technical understanding and problem-solving capabilityExperience in fast-paced, highly coordinated project environmentsWillingness to be based on-site in Sines, Portugal#J-18808-Ljbffr
