Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user access, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
* Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, workflows, and automation tools to support evolving business requirements.
* Collaborate with business departments to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
* Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analytics to support decision-making and operational insights.
* Ensure data integrity through routine audits, data cleansing, and validation processes.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Salesforce Support or internal IT teams to resolve technical problems.
* Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing end-user support to ensure effective adoption and best-practice usage.
* Participate in Salesforce releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to leverage new platform capabilities.
* Support system integrations with connected platforms such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other clouds).
* Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
* Experience with reports, dashboards, and data analytics.
* Solid understanding of CRM processes and data governance.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
