ABOUT THE ROLE
The Cluster Resort Manager oversees the performance of two resorts, with operational leadership based in the Algarve and cluster responsibility for an urban resort in Lisbon. The role manages both strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring consistent guest experience, financial performance, and leadership development across properties.
The Algarve resort has been newly renovated and features apartments, restaurant and bar, indoor/outdoor pools, sports facilities, sauna, and wellness infrastructure (±200+ units).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead multi -property operations and ensure alignment across quality, service delivery, and performance standards.
• Develop and execute operational strategy, improvement plans, and cluster -wide targets.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, revenue performance, and reporting across properties.
• Build and mentor local management teams, enhancing leadership capability and judgment.
• Oversee F&B operations, quality assurance, and guest experience optimization.
• Drive multicultural team engagement across Portuguese workforce and international guest segments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, environmental, and quality standards.
• Work cross -functionally with commercial, finance, HR, and regional leadership.
PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
• Senior hospitality leadership experience in resorts, hotels, or multi -property environments.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategy and translate into operational execution.
• Strong experience training and developing leaders; empowering decentralized decision -making.
• Proven cross -cultural communication and team leadership experience.
• F&B operations knowledge is essential.
• Language requirements:
– Portuguese preferred (not mandatory)
– German or Italian required (guest demographics)
• Experience in resort environments is a strong advantage.
