/b /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliSupport the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenarios /liliMaintaining a proper coverage in their designated shift /liliVoluntarily picking up work and tasks as received over email, tickets or in person.
/liliProvide business, team members and other project/task partnering teams updates on the issue/task/project.
/liliDocumenting and training other team members.
/liliShadow other team members and seek to learn to improve day to day coverage of the platforms.
/liliSharing knowledge within the team as well documenting the issues/incidents for better follow up.
/liliImproving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure oriented.
/liliUnderstand the underlying issue and the associated patch fix/release and identify systemic issue.
/liliAvailability to work during Holidays / Weekends as per pre-defined needs and on a rotational basis with the rest of the team.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliGood knowledge and capabilities in scripting languages, network, Windows and Linux environments.
/liliUnix kwnowlge is a plus.
/liliOracle SQL kwnowlge is Mandatory.
/liliITIL understanding is also a plus.
/liliAnsible / DevOps.
