We're hiring aCommercial Vehicle Battery Sales Engineerto drive growth across theEuropean market, based in Lisbon, Portugal.
This is ahigh-impact commercial + technical rolewhere you'll take ownership of key accounts, develop new business, and deliver tailored battery solutions to customers across the region.
What you'll be doing
Develop and growcommercial vehicle battery business across Europe
Identify and win new customers (OEMs, fleet operators, industrial clients)
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting ? solution development ? negotiation ? closing
Work with engineering and product teams to delivercustomer-specific battery solutions
Lead tenders, bids, pricing, and contract negotiations
Build long-term strategic partnerships with key clients
Track market trends, competitors, and policy developments across Europe
Manage commercial risk and ensure strong payment and deal quality
What we're looking for
Experience inlithium batteries, EV, or new energy industries
Background inB2B sales, business development, or technical sales
Ability to independently drive deals and manage complex sales cycles
Strong understanding ofbattery technologies and applications
Comfortable working acrossEuropean markets and cultures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above inElectrochemistry, Mechanical, Automotive, or related engineering fields
Minimum2+ years' experiencein relevant industries
FluentEnglish(required)
Additional European languages are a plus
