At Syone, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Scrum Master
to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Strong soft skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.
What you'll do:
Facilitate the Agile development process.
Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework.
Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and foster a collaborative and transparent work environment.
Job requirements
What you will need to bring:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
