Merchandiser Supervisor
We are searching for a passionate and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Funchal. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our merchandising operations and ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. Your main goal will be to increase sales by creating visually appealing displays and maintaining inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of merchandisers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan and coordinate the placement of products in stores, ensuring they are displayed according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are always in stock
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Train new merchandisers on company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement based on trends
- Negotiate with store managers for prime product placement locations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis purposes
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
