Job Overview
* The role of the Project Lead and Operations Specialist is to oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
* This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as developing and implementing comprehensive project plans.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required, along with a deep understanding of operational processes and market knowledge.
* The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing cross-functional or field-based projects, with excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Proficiency in collaboration and project tools such as Notion, Jira, Confluence, and Miro is essential.
* A strong background in process improvement and change management is necessary, along with a proactive problem-solving mindset and high autonomy and ownership.
* The successful candidate will also have a detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and structured execution, as well as tech-savviness and curiosity for exploring new tools and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
* Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
* Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, deployment, expansion, business strategy, or similar roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Nice to Have
* Experience working in startups or scale-ups, particularly launching new markets, geographies, or services.
* Previous experience with hardware products or field deployments (installations, logistics, site readiness).
* Familiarity with last-mile delivery, smart lockers, or parcel infrastructure.
* Knowledge of UK regulations related to deployment (e.g., health & safety, site access, local permits).
* Tangible achievements in process optimization and/or project management, such as driving cost savings or efficiency improvements across departments.
