YOUR ROLE:
We are seeking an RPA Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions: Create and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath to streamline and optimize business processes;
Analyze workflows: Evaluate existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and optimize processes for efficiency;
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure automation aligns with business goals;
Develop reusable components: Create reusable components, scripts, and libraries to enhance automation efficiency;
Maintain and improve automation solutions: Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of existing automation solutions;
Conduct code reviews and debugging: Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of UiPath bots and automation workflows;
Implement best practices: Apply best practices for RPA development, including security, exception handling, and logging;
Integrate with enterprise applications: Integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise applications via APIs, databases, and other technologies;
Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams: Ensure proper deployment and maintenance of RPA bots.
YOUR PROFILE:
Experienced RPA Developer: You have a strong track record in automation, specializing in UiPath.
Skilled in Workflow Design: You excel in designing workflows, handling exceptions, debugging, and optimizing performance.
Proficient in Integrations: You have experience with API integrations, databases, and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, CRM).
Strong Programming Skills: You are knowledgeable in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or SQL.
Knowledgeable in Advanced Technologies: You are familiar with AI-powered automation, OCR, and NLP technologies.
Effective Communicator: You possess a problem-solving mindset and a passion for process automation, and you communicate effectively with stakeholders.
