About the Job: Responsible for the architecture, further development and operation of the Identity Governance & Administration solution, including integration of application systems and cloud services with IAM/IDM. Further development of efficient identity/role management processes.Continuously monitor the consistency of assigned roles and rights in the IAM system and downstream services.Implementation of action treatment plans, e.g. measures resulting from customer auditsResponsible in the patch management process for the continuous introduction of releases and the monitoring of the implementation and reporting of KPIsContinuous development of existing IAM solutions and the associated process landscapeManagement and support of the operations team. Requirements: Successfully completed IT, technical or security studies, completed IT training or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in the field of IT / Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably in a responsible position, in the topics of Role Based Access Control, ICS control guidelines, JML processes and other IAM processes, connection of business-critical applications (both AD and non-AD), risk management, operations / operational processesKnow-how and experience with IAM technologies, among others, preferably Omada or One-Identity in large and complex environmentsExperience in the current cloud environments (e.g. Azure) and their connection (IAM) according to best practicesKnowledge of the requirements of financial regulation (BaFin) and their complianceCommunication skillsVery good knowledge of EnglishGerman language: nice to have.
