PLSQL Developer
(Hybrid – Lisbon)
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain solutions using SQL and PLSQL, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Write, optimize, and review queries, procedures, and database scripts.
Collaborate in database modelling and architecture design.
Support integration with core banking systems and related solutions.
Provide technical guidance and onboarding for junior team members when required.
Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to team ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in SQL and PLSQL development.
Experience in database modelling and strong understanding of relational database concepts.
Knowledge of programming languages (procedural or object-oriented).
Experience in Core Banking systems is a plus.
Ability to coach and support junior team members, acting as a role model.
Strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and attention to detail.
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum methodology.
English fluency, both written and verbal.
