Role: IT Recruiter
Location: 100& Remote, Portugal
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT consulting sector;
Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, etc.);
Experience providing candidate support throughout the entire recruitment process (follow-up/feedback);
Autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism;
Excellent communication skills;
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
