Profile description:
* 9+ years of professional experience, with proven success as a Change/Release Manager or Continuous Improvement Leader;
* Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Lean Six Sigma methodology (LSS Green/Black Belt preferred);
* Solid technological understanding of IT systems and infrastructures;
* Functional knowledge of finance-related domains is a plus;
* Highly rigorous and proactive, with excellent written communication and analytical skills;
* Ability to remain composed and provide reassurance in stressful or crisis situations;
* Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a collaborative approach;
* Fluency in English (mandatory);
* French is a plus.
Mandatory requirement: Living in Portugal or holding legal authorization to reside in Portugal.
