We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, demonstrates excellent English communication skills, and possesses deep technical expertise in SharePoint development.
• Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and custom applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored SharePoint solutions.
* Ensure solutions align with business objectives and follow industry best practices.
* Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation.
* Provide guidance and technical support to junior developers.
* Continuously enhance and optimize existing SharePoint environments.
* Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a collaborative development culture.
• Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proven experience in SharePoint development (Online and Server).
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, Agile environment.
* Experience in Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
• Technical Skills:
* Expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
* Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and PnP.
* Strong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
* Solid knowledge of C# and familiarity with ASP.NET and MVC frameworks.
* Understanding of web security and secure coding practices.
* Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
* Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
* Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
* Experience in performance tuning and scaling SharePoint solutions.
* Familiarity with Office 365 services (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Must-Have Skills:
* C#
* Microsoft SharePoint (Online and Server)
* SharePoint Migration Tool
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Nice to Have:
* Experience with SharePoint migration projects.
* Integration knowledge between SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
* Familiarity with Power BI for in-SharePoint data visualization.
* Experience in SharePoint governance and compliance strategies.
* Understanding of hybrid SharePoint environments.
* Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or O365.
* Experience with DevOps tools and practices, especially Azure DevOps.
