* Demonstrate strong working knowledge of networking technologies and business applications
* Experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and managing network devices
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
1. Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, or ticketing system
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network devices, software, and hardware
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve service quality
Requirements
* Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
* 5+ years of experience in a support services environment
* Proficiency in Barracuda Firewalls, Cisco/Meraki Switches, and Office365
