We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation professional to lead implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy. Sitting within the Total Rewards function in HR, this role will act as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy and working with the project team to ensure successful implementation. The role will work with a variety of senior stakeholders, including our internal WTW consultants, external advisors, senior business executives, and wider HR.

The Role
1. Execute on the deferred compensation strategy in line with senior executive objectives and direction
2. Engaging with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and adjust the strategy as required
3. Lead program socialization activities, including senior business leaders
4. Engage with other project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
5. Support effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation.
6. Effective stakeholder management planning and delivery, including coordination of the project status updates for leadership
