Our services include design & build of turnkey plants, technology pack providing as well as outsourced operations and maintenance.To meet the increasing demand and in order to further strengthen our position within the international industry, we are currently looking for: an electrical engineer who's eager to take on exciting projects around the globeJob ResponsibilitiesYou define and calculate the electric needs and design the electric installationsYou make a selection for instrumentation of the Waterleau projects both in the commercial as in the engineering and construction phaseFeasibility design and cost calculation of projects in the pre-sales phaseEvaluation and negotiation of the quotations related to electrical designYou verify electric drawings from subcontractors and suppliersYou supervise and control the electric works with project managers, client and contractors.
Based on experience and expertise, you formulate solutions for each problem.You work with the engineering and process team and you steer a team of CAD designers for detailed designs of electric drawingsYou supervise the electric wiring during start-up and commissioning and prepare the As Built documentation where neededPrepare tender documents in relation to electrical aspects, as supporting element towards Procurement.Strive continuously for cost reduction of components and their arrangementsSupport the project managers with the correct deliverables for the projectRequired Skills and ExperienceEngineering degree with experience in a similar roleFluent in English, other languages are a plusStrong knowledge about electric design techniques and instrumentationStrong electrical background and knowledge of materialsAbility to interact with and comprehend mechanical designsVery proficient in regulations and electrical calculationsAnalytical profile, detailed, quality seekerTeam player, hands-on, capable of working under pressure and prepared to travelOffer:Be part of an international ambitious team passionate about water and the protection of the eco-system.Challenging position in a company determined by growth.Attractive salary package with extra benefits (smartphone, car, laptop, groups- and health insurance, ....)
