Strategic Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our global fintech client's expansion into new markets. As part of the Northern EU or CIS Regions client base, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
* Main Responsibilities:
* IDentify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
Requirements:
* Fluent English with good proficiency in writing and communication, additional languages (such as Russian) advantageous.
* Demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in Northern EU or CIS Regions.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in Forex, including an active portfolio worth at least 100-150K net deposit per month.
* Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement.
