Manage the campaign calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Configure, launch, and monitor campaigns across multiple platforms. Define audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Ensure all campaigns comply with visual, editorial, and regulatory standards. Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports on campaign results and ROI. Identify trends and best practices in digital marketing to enhance ongoing campaigns. Work closely with analytics and CRM tools to support data-driven decision-making. Provide technical guidance and support to teams using campaign management tools.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience (1–3 years) in planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance forecasting. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus. Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level).
