Our client is a multinational company investing in its digital growth.
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist (Dutch Speaker).
Description
Manage end-to-end collections processes, ensuring timely payment allocation and follow-up on outstanding balances;
Monitor overdue accounts and proactively contact customers to secure payments and resolve issues;
Handle customer queries and disputes, ensuring accurate and timely resolution;
Send payment reminders, account statements, and other collection communications;
Analyze accounts receivable data and provide insights to support decision-making;
Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy;
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations) and external stakeholders;
Support credit risk activities, including customer validation and payment terms review;
Assist with audits and complex cases when required;
Monitor performance against KPIs and contribute to achieving cash collection targets;
Participate in regular debt review meetings and continuous process improvements.

Profile
Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory);
Academic background in Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferred);
Previous experience in Credit & Collections or O2C processes;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting KPIs;
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively;
Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized;
Solid knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP);
Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
