We are looking for a Junior AI Consultant to join our team and work closely with the founders across both client projects and internal product initiatives.
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of consulting, operations, and technology, ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, experimenting with AI tools, automating workflows, and turning ideas into practical solutions.
You will work on a wide variety of projects, from AI implementation for clients to internal product development, helping translate ideas into real-world execution.

## Roles & Responabilities ##
1) Consulting & Implementation Projects
Work directly on AI innovation and implementation projects with our clients.
Support the design and implementation of AI-powered workflows and tools.
Assist in scoping and delivering consulting projects focused on automation, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
Help build automations, dashboards, and operational systems tailored to client needs.
Participate in workshops, training sessions, and educational programs related to AI.
2) Product Studio
Contribute to the development of experimental tools and internal products.
Help build and prototype micro-apps and internal tools within Oktogon Labs.
Collaborate with the team to turn prototypes into scalable solutions.
Explore new technologies and experiment with practical applications of AI.
## About you ##
You're someone who sits comfortably between business, product, and technology, and enjoys contributing to both strategy and execution.
0–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, business analysis, or technical roles (internships welcome).
Curious about AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working on both client-facing projects and technical implementation.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
## What we Offer ##
Compensation
Trial Period + Service Contract: 6 months + 1-year contract
Salary range: €1,150 – €1,500 gross per month
In addition to base salary, we foster a culture of sharing success. Performance bonuses are regularly awarded when projects deliver strong results and revenue milestones are achieved.
