The role of Accounts Payable Analyst is open in the Accounting & Finance Department of a large organization in the Transport & Distribution industry. The position requires a professional with strong analytical skills and an understanding of accounting principles.
Description
Reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests.
Sorting, coding and matching invoices.
Setting invoices up for payment.
Entering and uploading invoices into system.
Preparing and performing check runs.
Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Providing supporting documentation for audits.
Maintaining vendor files and corresponding with vendors.
Profile
The successful Accounts Payable Analyst should have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Proficient in data management and financial software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an integral part of this role.
Demonstrable ability to work in a team environment.
Job Offer
Competitive salary of approximately 18,000 EUR annually.
Additional benefits including a daily allowance of 10.20 EUR paid on a card.
Eligibility for an annual bonus equivalent to 7% of RAB.
